What is RRHARTS?
Rainbow Ripples Healing Arts is a Michigan nonprofit developing a wellness-informed, land-based community campus centered on food access, education, sustainable living, accessible outdoor spaces, veteran and family stability, and community connection.
Where is RRHARTS located?
Swartz Creek, Michigan, in Clayton Township / Genesee County. The campus is 11 acres at 2195 Van Vleet Rd.
Is RRHARTS a medical or mental-health treatment provider?
No. RRHARTS provides education, coaching, community support, and wellness programming. RRHARTS is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
Is the campus finished?
No. RRHARTS is being developed in phases. The master plan is conceptual and remains subject to professional review, zoning, permitting, engineering, insurance, funding, Board approval, and final design.
Is the Veterans Village open?
The Veterans Village is part of RRHARTS’ future phased-development vision and is not currently presented as completed housing.
Can I apply for housing?
RRHARTS is not currently representing the future village concepts as open housing programs. Follow project updates or contact RRHARTS for current information. Sharing your interest is not an application, an approval, a waiting-list position, or a promise of housing.
Can I volunteer?
Yes — interested community members may contact RRHARTS regarding future volunteer opportunities, subject to activity availability, safety requirements, and site readiness.
Can my organization partner with RRHARTS?
Yes. RRHARTS welcomes conversations with community organizations, veteran-serving organizations, educators, agricultural organizations, skilled professionals, accessibility advocates, funders, and public entities where missions align.
Are donations tax-deductible?
RRHARTS is a Michigan nonprofit corporation. IRS 501(c)(3) recognition is pending. RRHARTS does not currently represent contributions as tax-deductible unless applicable federal recognition or an approved fiscal-sponsor arrangement is in effect.
Is the site open to the public?
Public access and campus programming are being developed in phases. Please contact RRHARTS before planning a visit.
Has the Township approved the project?
Clayton Township is part of the planning and regulatory pathway for the campus. RRHARTS does not claim Township approval, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership. Government review is a process the project must complete, not a statement of support.
Is RRHARTS an investment opportunity?
No. RRHARTS is a nonprofit corporation. It does not offer investments, returns, equity, or any tax-advantaged investment vehicle, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to invest.
