Articles of Incorporation filed and approved
Rainbow Ripples Healing Arts was formed as a Michigan nonprofit corporation, Entity ID 900239831. This is the legal foundation the rest of the project is built on: it is what allows RRHARTS to hold governance, pursue grant readiness, and work through the township pathway as an organization rather than as individuals.
IRS 501(c)(3) recognition is a separate federal process and remains pending.
More is coming, and it will be real
RRHARTS is early. Rather than fill this page with announcements that have not happened, it stays short until there is something confirmed to report — a permit granted, a bed built, a workshop run, a partnership signed.
That is deliberate. A project update page is only worth reading if everything on it is true, and it becomes one of the strongest things a developing nonprofit can show a funder: the record of what actually got done.
