RRHARTS is being built carefully, in phases, by people who would rather say what is true than what converts. That applies to how we ask for support as well.
Read this before you give
RRHARTS is a Michigan nonprofit corporation. IRS 501(c)(3) recognition is pending. RRHARTS does not currently represent contributions as tax-deductible unless applicable federal recognition or an approved fiscal-sponsor arrangement is in effect.
In plain terms: RRHARTS is a real Michigan nonprofit corporation, but the federal 501(c)(3) determination has not been issued yet. Until it is, we will not tell you a gift is tax-deductible, because we do not yet know that it will be treated that way. If the tax treatment is what decides it for you, wait for the determination — we will say so here the day it arrives.
There is no donation checkout on this page yet, because card processing is still being set up. If you want to give now, please contact us and we will handle it properly and tell you where the tax position stands on the day.

Where support goes
The next phases, in order
Support at this stage goes into the unglamorous work that has to happen before anything can be built: governance, professional review, insurance and compliance preparation, the township pathway, and grant readiness.
After that comes land and access — the entrance, parking, site circulation, the first gardens and food systems, greenhouse and high tunnel infrastructure, outdoor learning areas and accessible paths. Those are the phases where contributions turn into something a visitor can walk on.
